1. Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Your order will be processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your Tracking Number so you can monitor your package's progress.

Estimated Shipping Times

Because we work directly with our global suppliers to offer you the best value, shipping times vary by destination:

Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, peak seasons, or international logistics delays.

Shipping Fees & Customs

  • Shipping Fees: All applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees imposed by the destination country.

Tracking & Delivery Issues

  • Tracking: You can track your order using the link provided in your confirmation email. Please note that tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

  • Lost Packages: If you have not received your order within 45 days, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and provide a refund or reship your order if it is confirmed lost in transit.

2. Refund & Return Policy

At NomadPacks, your satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the nature of our international dropshipping model, we do not accept returns for "change of mind" or sizing issues. However, we are committed to ensuring you receive your product in perfect condition.

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your package.

  • Evidence Required: We strictly require clear photos or a continuous, unedited video of the unboxing process as proof. This video must show the condition of the package before opening and clearly display the damage or the incorrect item received. Without this video evidence, we unfortunately cannot process a refund or replacement.

  • Condition: Items must be in their original packaging.

Refund Process

Once your request is approved:

  • We will process your refund to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper care.

  • Packages lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

  • Orders already in transit that have not yet reached the maximum delivery time of 45 days.
